This was the challenge faced by Project Metavision, a blockchain startup that approached Blueprint to help strategically focus their ideas into a cohesive product.
Problem:
The problem? Metavision had no shortage of big ideas and boundless creativity. But with divergent stakeholders thinking in different directions, they lacked the strategic target to channel their energy towards.
Our quest: Distill the excitement and ideas into a focused vision. Unite the team around a rallying cry. Merge their myriad visions into a singular, galvanizing game plan.
Process:
To cut through the clutter, Blueprint employed an experimental "integrated intelligence" approach fusing human creativity with AI's computational power. We:
Dove into stakeholders' divergent minds through interviews
Mapped relationships and perspectives within the team
Analyzed language patterns to identify resonant themes
Used AI's pattern recognition to rapidly generate strategic narratives
Built a web app to test ideas for memorability with users
Iterated relentlessly until we struck the right chord

In the process, we plunged headfirst into the frontier of Web3. We saw blockchain's potential to enable new forms of direct value creation between individuals, and were reminded of the importance for design to "detach from the ordinary".
